Finally removed one small screw.
The other side though refuses to come out, just keeps turning

Many Thanks for everyone's help, especially Thermexman/Steve for essential info.
It's a bit of a bummer that there is no micro adjustment though
I had it set perfectly but when my wrist would expand with heat after a small bit, it would be uncomfortablely too tight so I put back in one link and it's now at a fairly good compromise. Bit loose when just put on but gets to a reasonable state after a small bit of time on the wrist.

I'm glad you got it sorted. That's the same problem I have with my purple C3's bracelet. I bought it right when the micro adjustment was just introduced but mine didn't come with it. So it can be a bit loose when not right up the wrist, but that's just how the old bracelets are!
