They'd sell a lot more if they'd show the end that act actually attaches to the watch so you could see if it's curved/straight/quick release etc. They should also state which CW watches it will fit next to each strap.
Funny you say that, I was talking about that with my wife this morning. I think they could do much better with their photographs generally, they sell themselves very short in this area in my opinion.

Agreed, the photos do not do their watches justice. The old logo tridents I've bought are nice on the website but on a completely different level in the flesh.

Not a joke, when I clicked on link in email. A page appeared stating that they were working on a brand new website launching later today.

You had to Call or email to place orders in the meantime.

We are experiencing some difficulties with our website. Our engineers are working on the issue and we hope to resume normal service very soon.
If you need assistance or would like to place an order, please call or send us an email

You cannot buy sale watches over the phone. Sale items stocks are internet controlled apparently.

This is the same for any retailer I think. Whenever I've tried to buy a sale item via phone I've been told it's not possible/permissible.

If this was the work of hackers how much personal data was lifted from the site and when will CW know if credit card info and other personal info was compromised ?

I can't believe, the second the website crashed, we're told it was hackers. No one at Christopher Ward seems to know how to sort out the intermittant pricing variations (some times displayed with vat , some times without) and yet they instantly knew the site had been hacked?

The website was fine at 7am and gradually got slower and slower and slower as more and more people logged on.

Its was obviously volume of traffic that crashed the website. Its no coincidence that every time its put back up, and word spreads, it re crashes when everyone tries to log back on.

Why on earth would hackers want to target a tiny UK watch manufacturer?

Tell the truth, we're not idiots, your website is not upto the task.
