Cool coincidence

Post by mik »

So I took a day off for some naughty Highland time with some driving buddies.

Image

I am wearing my new C1000 Typhoon Cockpit Edition this week for the first time - after purchasing it in the sales it was put away til my birthday.

Image

As I came back down through Glencoe - trying not to get distracted by the stunning scenery - I hear a noise and initially think there is a problem with my car. .

But then I spot the source - an FGR4 Typhoon rolled over with the Cockpit facing me - scything through the valley at low level 8) closely followed by a second. 8)

Was really chuffed  will not forget that image in a hurry

What a great story !
I have nice memories of Tornadoes buzzing the hills when I was in Scotland on holiday years ago.
Lovely Lotus by the way :)

Eilean Donan Castle on the Kyle of Lochalsh, if I've spelt it correctly.

First off two cracking photos. Second is I spent six years living and working North of the boarder and loved every day there, managed to travel around and experience the beautiful scenery and breath the fresh air. I am so disappointed I didn't have a Lotus to share the experience with

Well if you insist. (False sigh ;) )

It's a "last of the series1" Evora Sports Racer models. There are just over 100 Sports Racers, with 53 of them Supercharged with the manual 6-speed combo mine has.

Had it 11 months. Several performance cars before this, but it is the most focused car i've owned . Performance is strong. Sterring feel is sublime, and it deserves all the "industry benchmark" accolades . Delicious.

Apologies in advance - I have a DSLR but cannot claim to be a photographer

Right colour combo too, looks the business

A Rolex Daytona white dial would suit the car well
