Just a stunning watch - one of the very nicest on here. Would love to just try one of these on one day.

Thanks Gents. Every time I think should I sell it, as do I really need a dress watch, I fortunately come to my senses!

Now if you want to see decent pictures of the same watch in YG click on the link at the start of this thread below.

Who really needs a dress watch these days but that is exquisite and would grace anybody's collection. What reference is it?

It's an Endeavour Small Seconds 1321-0203. They still do the 1321, but not with the brown dial.

I bought it from a member on another forum, in a moment of weakness about 15 months ago.

Not seen this for a while Guy. Is that a composite case.

In a manner of speaking, yes.

"Navigator Pilot’s Quartz. Made from a specialized fibershell case that is water resistant to 6 atmospheres (60 meters – 200 feet), sweat and shock resistant, as well as lightweight... . . . .. . . also uses a special acrylic crystal which is resistant to extreme rapid changes in pressure that would be experienced by a parachutists that would normally cause a watch’s crystal to shatter or come loose from the watch."

*Info from Marathon's website.

Love the clarity of the dial, somewhat similar to a Speedy Moonwatch; but then it ought to be as it is designed to USA Military Spec (as opposed to NASA) but with a similar remit for clarity.

Just catching up, so a bit late, but nice watch and nice poppy in the background - Passchendaele edition if I am not mistaken. We received ours last week and they are quite special - almost too good to wear.
