C'mon Steve. Yes; of course I like it; otherwise I wouldn't have bought it!

Seriously, I'd been missing my Canfords / Bloxworth from Elliot Brown, had some funds available following the sale of my C80 Sector and this popped up on eBay brand new from a shop who must be having a bit of a clearance. Set my limit, had to bid 20 mins before the end, and won the auction by <£1.50. :D

Its the standard model on which the Clipper LE was based. Black dial & inner bezel, chrome/silver markers/hands with white lume, brushed case and bezel.

Guy

PS> I'm not actually wearing it as I need to take a couple of links out of the bracelet and then I think I'll get it onto a strap of some sort for a while (perhaps).

Thanks Lindsey.

I think it's the straight forward all black, which keeps it simple and gives it a classic look, that works so well.

Bracelet, yes, but no doubt I'll finish up messing around with a variety of straps.

A brother for one of my existing pieces.

Oh; nearly forgot, I've also got a long lost friend returning to me, sometime soon.

Apart from the double dome sapphire

I've been seriously thinking about having the flat Hardlex fitted back on though. We'll see … :D

Can someone here please explain to my other half that there are such things as leprechauns that hide out in the woods, I have had my beautiful 01B on all week and took the dog for a walk earlier....I took a pic whilst out as proof.
Image

Now I found a drunk leprechaun caught on some wire fencing and released him and he said he would grant me one wish if I didn't take a photo of his embarrassment, so I obliged....

And with a "T'be sure" followed by a puff of smoke, what I was thinking was before my eyes... nestling on a pile of wood :-"

Honestly.......... :---)
