That Farer is always on my mind. Do you have two autos? Your thoughts?

Yes I have the white Beagle and the blue Hopewell.
Image

They are cracking watches that are a great size, very versatile and very wearable. I love both mine. They get just as much wrist time as my more well known brands. They are bringing some GMTs out at the end of the month. I imagine they will appeal to me aswell - although I have one too many watches in the box as it is.

I have not been dissapointed with my Farer's... Quite the opposite I've been delighted.

Nice one Neil, except that when I saw it initially this morning, on my phone, my initial thought was Steinhart Pepsi. :problem:

Guy

Thanks Guy. I think the bracelet on yours is a little tighter and less stretched than the rattly one on mine.

Strange thing is I was on the point of selling it, when it had a black bezel - the bit of colour with the Pepsi bezel has certainly changed that view. :)

Thats a handsome looking diver. The orange is subtle but really lifts it at the same time.

Sorry for the awful photo, but I finally picked this up earlier today and wanted to post about it tonight. It's going to need a service soon to make it pristine, but I'm going to enjoy wearing it for a couple of weeks first. It's really nice to have an Explorer I back in the fold and I'm convinced this 36mm version is much better suited to my wrist than my previous 39mm version.

I'll raise you another crappy photo (mine are always like this though  ) in support of the 36mm Explorer 1.
Keep convincing yourself
