Melbourne Watch Co.

Post by Bahnstormer_vRS »

As the name suggests Melbourne Watch Co. are a brand from Melbourne, Australia that have been around for just five years and, by all account, produce some pretty fine watches in classic styles at sensible prices.

They are a firm favourite of eggtronics (Josh) of this parish, who runs the WatchItAllAbout review website and he has reviewed eight of their models over the past four years.

Of course, for those of us in UK buying a watch from Australia has logistic issues of Currency Conversion, Postage, Customs & VAT to be paid on arrival etc.

Well, there is now a solution as Page & Cooper in Elstree, Herts have been appointed Sole UK Authorised Distributor and have written a short introductory blog to announce their appointment.

Thank you for posting. I was unaware of this company and like their offerings very much. Being able to buy from a UK supplier is a bonus.

And a point worth mentioning for anyone interested in testing the waters with an MWC, Josh had the anthracite Collins dress watch for sale at a very reasonable price in one of his SC posts

I bought the Melbourne Sorrento from Josh.

Great watch, superb bracelet.

However this model is not shown on Page & Coopers site. I wonder if it has been discontinued.
