out of those three the Omega looks the most dated and im not massively keen on the Tudor BB so it would be the Pelagos for me. It would be the perfect holiday watch.
Current collection = Omega Seamaster 2225.80.00, Omega Speedmaster 'Moonphase' 3576.50.00, Breitling Aerospace Evo, Vintage Azur, Vintage Seiko Sprtsman, Grand Seiko SBGX059, Omega SMP NTTD 210.92.42.20.01.001, Casioak Milkyway, Casioak Tiffany Sky.

I've had the standard Bond SMP, and a red Tudor BB. If I had my choice again, I would go with the Seamaster 2264. Sword hands, Speedmaster style bracelet and different hour markers.

Also, depending on which LE model you have, the HEV can be used to:
- activate and deactivate mines (there is a red LED on the bezel that indicates the mines are armed)
- release the removable detonator from the watch by pulling the HEV
- shoot the grappling hook
- unscrew the HEV - it is actually a detonator. Use the watch to arm and set it off

Even if you have a regular model, it's nice to know that these potential upgrades exist.

Whereas with a Tudor, you have the peace of mind that, given enough cash, it could be upgraded to a real Rolex.
Damn! Mine just lets the helium escape after I've spent a few weeks at my secret deep underwater hideout where I'm planning to become lord of the universe. I'm clearly going to have to contact Omega about those upgrades - if they're still available that is...

They are iconic Patrick, but the only ones I currently own are the sword handed varieties. They're significantly easier to read than the skeleton hands, and along with the very different hour markers, I think they look more contemporary as well. Clearly, not every watch is for everyone, but a blue skeleton hand SMP was my first Omega, so I have quite a soft spot for them.

Here's my blue sword SMP on the "not quite oyster" bracelet.

And here it is on the Bond.

^^^ I agree about the sword hands and 'not round' markers.

Imo, the best Seamaster ever made.

I have both, and if I were really pressed to give up one, it would be the Omega. The BB is simply a stunning watch.

Edit: I suspect now you meant the Heritage Chrono and not the Heritage Black Bay. I initially was turned off the HC, but now quite like the design in grey. Don't think that would be kept, though, in the gotta-give-up-one mandate. I'd stick with the Omega in that case.

Madness takes its toll. Please have exact change.

The Tudor looks nice and I can see why it is popular. Probably why they are churning out as many variations as they can. And there lies my issue with it.
I prefer the rose motif on the orginal over the shield on the new model.
I prefer the straight text on the new one over the smile curved text of the orginal.
The smp might be dated to some people but then so is the sub. I think the update of the ceramic bezel and the gloss dial are a sympathetic update with out changing its iconic styling.
The Tudor I think will go the same way as other forum darlings Like the bremont solo and sink without a trace after the hype has died down.
The smp is always going to be an smp

My vote is with the omega

Between those two Omega by far (IMO), but I have nothing against some of the Tudors (my favorite being the Pelagos).
