scooter - April 2016

Post by scooter »

Seeing as I now have a light tent and courtesy of Reg some LEDs to put in the spotlights, I have re photographed my collection this evening.

Didn't realise you had so many!!!

Sub and Scooter blue are just spot on, but the Giugiaro Seiko is most a most interesting looking watch.

I also love the pocket watches. So much history there.

Not that there was anything wrong with your previous photos, but the lights and tent make one hell of a difference!! Bloody awesome photos and the sub one is amazing.

Where have you been hiding the pocket watches? Not seen them mentioned before.

Overall a lovely collection that goes to prove 'less is more'.

Stellar collection and pictures Scooter. Some great pocket watches too. My favorite is the Scooter Blue Trident.

Great photos Scooter. I like that you led with the Scooter Blue, it's a great watch, as is the Sub. I used to own a Giugiaro Seiko like yours, but in orange; the the blue is probably a better look though. I have to say, I also like the last hunter style pocket watch, I think it's a classic.

A question Scooter... I know you have said many times that since you've found your Sub, you've become a one watch man, although I recall seeing the Tissot and maybe the Wittnauer on NCWOTD. Do you wear any of the others often?

Good pics indeed! The Sub is naturally the one that catches my eye. Don't know much about pocket watches but the Waltham and Gruen look lovely.

Amazing the difference a light tent makes! Excellent collection of watches, scooter. Of course, the Submariner stands out but there's plenty of other good stuff on show.

Lovely collection scooter. The light tent certainly makes a difference. I had almost forgotten about those wonderful pocket watches. Thanks for sharing.

The light tent looks to have been a good investment. Good collection and I always like seeing pics of your scooter blue and Submariner.
