Mesh straps..on CWS

Post by Soporsche »

Hi all, does anyone wear a mesh strap on their large Trident or on a C9? If so, is there a recommended after market brand preferred, many seem very thick and unsure how will fit between body and bars. Can't seem to see a correct size amongst CWS own offerings or I may be being a bit thick. Apologies if this has been covered before.

A place to start is to do a forum search for C60 Mesh or C9 mesh. You will find many photos available.

Personally, I have my original C60 Trident Pro (MK1) on a mesh and love it.

Kip, you truly have an encyclopaedic knowledge of CWS. Once again apologies if I have been lazy with my research, I'll follow your advice.

Here's one for starters - this thread includes different mesh types (and different opinions!)

No apologies necessary and I did not mean to come across as putting you off. By suggesting the search I thought you might find, not only what you were looking for, but also find some other interesting threads that might pop up in the search.

I had a watchgecko Milanese mesh on my C60 for a while. It fitted without fouling and looked great, fairly comfy and cheap. Only reason I took it off was to put it on my Amphibia which was in greater need.

Thanks all, Ive been looking and suggested places have a few options.. not seen one that really does it yet but will continue to look. I have a mesh on a 1960s Swiss but no name watch and I love it, it's really fluid and fine close mesh that looks very retro..
