Thank you and good spot! It's described on the site as Marble Turquoise and to be fair it does show a lot lighter in the bright Quebec sunshine, but I'd definitely call it green.

The style wasn't what I intended to order as I said earlier in the thread. I couldn't be happier that I took Aaron's advice, though, and despite the poor exchange rate it's worth every penny.

It's absolutely perfect in fit and finish. The colour is a little darker than I expected but it goes very well with the watch so that's all that matters. It shows a lot lighter in bright sunshine - something there's a bit of a lack of here at the moment.

Anyway, here are a few pics taken in less than ideal lighting:

It's very comfortable on the wrist and smells like proper leather should :) so I'm very pleased.

And I have a nasty feeling there might be another one incoming shortly .....
Love the look of that! Might have to source one meself for my blue Racetimer

You wouldn't regret it. He's got a fabulous choice of leathers and colours too :)

^^^^^^ 3 weeks from initial order to delivery from Canada to the UK. Very impressive IMO.

it looks really fine christam, and i was thinking at first that this watch would definitely look better on a bracelet. great choice

Thank you missF. Yes, the watch does look good on the bracelet but I bought it with the intention of only wearing it on a strap, partly because the Marvelight stays on its bracelet permanently. (And that's mainly because I can't find a leather that would look really good on it.)

I was so pleased when I discovered Aaron (Combat Straps) had added this leather to his collection. Now I can stop envying your Gunny Amazon :D

Those look excellent, wish they were in the UK not the US. Might still be worth the customs risk if i had a couple of watches that need new straps
