Thanks for posting. I meant to do this this morning.

Nice review...comments not so much.

Lack of design....hideous....bezel confusing.......bezel silly....to expensive.....logo (?)....bezel not lumed..... :?

Maybe someone should tell those guys that it is outselling the original. It would seem plenty of folks love it.

Plenty of folks love it indeed, but you can't please everyone all the time.

As example, I would have ordered the next gen GMT by now if it did not have the bizarre franken bezel and yet I have no issues with the classic versions date position. I love the watch, but the bezel is a no no.

The vast majority of people however will not even notice the bezel and buy the watch because they like it. Only a few WIS will notice the intricacies of the bezel (just as the vast majority of people outside of forums etc have never noticed the date pos on the classic)

Horses for courses.

Not a bad write up though.

I do love it. But I still can't buy one at the retail price. Maybe I'll swap my older C60 for a newer when a sale comes along.

But yes, a lumed bezel would have been nicer ;)

Excellent pairing of strap and bezel.

I love the bezel. It is an awesome combination! It works just fine for 24 hour GMT. Then when I do the cooking, the fifteen minute markers help me to remember when to turn the chips over in the oven. Hang on, I am supposed to pretend I use it for diving. Oops.

I think it is a beautiful watch and when the Mrs is looking the other way I intend to buy one!

Dislike the bezel. No need as its not a dive watch.
