This forum and its members!
Up until about 15 months ago I had a passing curiosity and interest in watches. I had 3, my dad's Omega, my own Seamaster AT and a Bering beater.
I then discovered CW and its been downhill since then now owning a total of 8 watches, plus having made 3 of my own design.
Where is it all going to stop!!!!
I blame.....
Re: I blame.....
Par for the course for those that join a watch forum.
Eight watches is manageable, best quit whilst your ahead.
The danger is when people spend money on watches that they may subsequently need to sell to fund domestic/family expenditure.
The good think though is that it aroused sufficient interest for you to make your own watch. A fantastic achievement and I bet far more satisfying than just chasing the next watch.

Yes, I can see that danger. Fortunately, I seem to be able to control the urge - at the moment - to spend more!nbg wrote:
