How long till they're SOLD OUT?

I'll say once they get pics up on the main site and make it easier to find, they will sell out within a week.

They're already on the main site! Went up yesterday, albeit with no direct link and no pictures!! Search for 'C20'....

Correct, but that link on the CW-site is only used to make the ordering-process easier with the last couple of watches...
