Re: Order your favorite CW-Forum Limited Edition!
Just a request for clarification, I notice in the list of options for the KF LE, it just says Mechanical/Automatic movement. I don't see anywhere the movement was actually specified. I think we all assume it to be an ETA 2824-2, but just to be sure, is the KF LE going to have the same movement as the Aviator? The elabor (I think it was) grade Rhodium finished ETA 2824-2? Or one more like the C5, or maybe something altogether different?
Also, on the normal KF, there is not a display back. Will the KF LE have a display back? I know some may want the non-display back for the NDL tables, but some may want the display back, and I realize it was never mentioned one way or the other. Since it wasn't mentioned, and the normal KF doesn't have a display back, I would tend to expect the KF LE to not have the display back. On the other hand, if it doesn't have a display back, is there a point to a more expensively finished movement?
Also, I notice in the specs that the superluminova is going to have blue pigment. Is that still the case? Anyone have any links to photos of watches with the blue superluminova? I have never seen it.
Thanks.

Re: Order your favorite CW-Forum Limited Edition!
The LE-version of the Kingfisher will have the rhodium-finished ETA-2824-2. Not only does it look nice, it also is of a higher grade with better regulation and performance. The Kingfisher will be a diver with 30 ATM / 300 mtrs, so a display-back will not be possible...
About the blue superluminova, we are not certain yet, I talked with Chris about it, and we will investigate with the prototype model if that looks nice.

Order for #24 submitted through mail.
Why 24?
Well, because I was born on December 24.
Plus my grandson, who is likely to inherit it when I keel over, was born on May 24.
So there.

What's the point of this, seeing as to howHans wrote:The LE-version of the Kingfisher will have the rhodium-finished ETA-2824-2. Not only does it look nice

Whoa, wait.
How do we express our preference for a strap or bracelet?
I'd prefer the steel/IPK contrast bracelet, or at least a steel bracelet.

You can express your preference during the final placement of the order at CWL; the rubber strap will cost a bit less then the contrasting SS-bracelet, next week the exact prices of KF with rubber and KF with bracelet will be published.
