I ordered my girlfriend's Christmas present by telephone on the 13th December and was assured the watch would arrive by Christmas.
When I called today to find out where the watch was, I was told that there was 'not an exact match' with the card I had used for payment and that they thought the other department would have contacted me. Which of course they hadn't.
I was told there is nothing they can do to get the watch to me for Christmas.
Anyone got ideas how I'm going to explain this one to my girl...?
