Chat with Chris 2013

Post by Kip »

Good news....

It is that time again. Christopher Ward has agreed to another Forum "Chat with Chris".

On June 21st, forum-members will have another opportunity to participate in a live chat-session with Christopher Ward. The format will be much the same as in the previous chats.

The chat will start at GMT 21:00 and will last for 1 hour.

If you are unable to attend and have a specific or general question, please send me a pm and I will make every effort to get your question in if time permits. No guarantees..but I will try.

I have started a thread here to post your questions.

As in the past, we are anticipating some talk about CWs trip to Basel, the upcoming new models for 2013 (perhaps some revelations), as well as CWLs future plans.

All our prior chats have been very enjoyable, most informative and very well attended.

UK time is GMT +1 = 22:00

EDT time is GMT -4 = 17:00

For anyone that may be confused about the time zone...try this link.

http://wwp.greenwichmeantime.com/

We realize that the time will not suit everyone, but it really is the best we can do for the majority of timezones we cover as well as coordinating with the busy schedule of the boss.

I hope we see you all there.

The chat will be available via the "Mini-chat" link on the index page.

A transcript of the chat will be available and posted within a few days of the chat.

Good stuff. Chris is a good guy to do this with us. Maybe I can sneak out of work early and make it home in time for it this year.

I'll look forward to that. The morning after last year's chat I emailed Wera to request C7MkII BRG number 007. I wonder what will catch the eye this time....

So this is an event forum members can attend in person, or is this a web event. Eg you dial in from a computer to a video feed of a live interview?
if you are able to attend in person is it held here in the UK at CWL HQ?
Cheers

It's a web based chat via the mini chat icon button at the top right of the page. Then there Is normally a transcript and pictures kindly put on the forum later for those of us that missed it.

Unfortunately I'm going to have to miss this one - Joe Saward the F1 journalist is having an 'audience' in London that evening so I'm going to have to be a petrol head for the evening...
I'm looking forward to reading the transcript!

Mark
