As I finished up work the other day at London City Airport, I saw one of the drivers waiting for his pickup. None other than a Christopher Ward, I wonder if it was The Christopher Ward?
Geneva to LCY, could well be!

Interestingly, I have seen a few during the summer when people were wearing short-sleeved shirts and no jacket, however I struggle to see what watch people are wearing when it's concealed by the shirt cuff.

I mainly wear my own "watch of the day" to please myself. I like to have a wind-up watch knowing how complex it is. The only factor deciding which one to wear is the trap colour, or whether I'm wearing it in adverse weather when I usually wear something other than CW, (simply because I don't know how robust they are when I'm out at sea on my boat)

Saw a CW in the wild today. Some guy playing on the adventure playground with his kids at Margam Park.

Sporting a white C7 rapide on bracelet. 8)
Shuffled towards him to get a closer look, but didn't have the nadgers to comment on it :D

Twice. Once on the underground (C60 Mk1 grey bezel) and the other (C20) at a service station in McDonalds queue on the M5. That's all, ever. Considering I am a watch spotter and that there are allegedly tens of thousands of CWs our there I'm surprised they're so rare.

i was delighted to see one in a brewpub bar in Atlanta, GA last year- the first time I'd seen one outside the UK. The guy seemed to be well chuffed to learn that someone else knew what he was wearing.

Never seen one on anyone :( And frustratingly whenever I have mentioned CW people have confused it with DW (Daniel Wellington)!!!! Need to get better brand awareness although I have a few guys in work that are starting to get interested....
I was standing on the edge of the world...and I can't see it.

I'm from a relatively small town, about 50,000 people. My buddy turned me onto CW. The only people I have ever seen in our area that own a CW are people that my friend turned on to CW. Granted, most people in this area aren't up on the latest fashions nor would they spend $700 to $1,500 on a watch. I think if I ever saw a CW in the wild I would act like I saw Big Foot!

At the Taylor Swift concert tonight, I noticed a couple right behind me where the lady was wearing a blue Trident C61 (aluminum bezel). She said she doesn’t know too much about the brand but her boyfriend bought it for her. He also said that I had a nice watch. I told them the Christopher ward forum is a nice place and they should check it out. I didn’t have any time to talk further in the loud crowd.

C61 with blue (al) bezel, not too many around. Great spot.

Was her boyfriend with her? Ought to be careful in case he might think you were trying to chat her up.

Good concert?

Guy
