I haven't received one either. Not surprising though.

They have some formula for sending these out and not everyone gets them.

The survey went international too. I did my duty and completed it yesterday. Sent the response from the US.

I got mine as well. First time to get a survey from CW and it did take quite a few minutes to fill out. It was nice to be able to give some constructive criticism and to share some ideas.
