C1 GRAND MALVERN 5 DAY AUTOMATIC

Postby what-time-is-it » Thu Aug 31, 2017 12:54 pm

Now on the site from £1495

Upon its release in 2014, the C9 5 Day Automatic was the first watch to carry our in-house movement, Calibre SH21. From case to dial to movement, the C1 skilfully updates its predecessor in every way – the result is a dress watch as aesthetically beautiful as it is technically pioneering.

Looks pretty good - and clearly very similar to the Power Reserve model. I lovely dress watch, although still a little large for that in my view. The biggest ongoing issue is the lack of an integrated bracelet (and no firm plans to introduce one).

Interesting that it's only available in white opaline - there are no blue or charcoal/black versions (yet?).

Hi everybody,

I am surprised that few people speak of this model. it exists since a few months and one finds on the net only one test.
At the origine, i'm look after the Power Réserve model (à little toi expensive for me), but i just command à 5 Day Automatic (Nearly New) last week. I will be my first Automatic watch. I'm si impatient tout recieve it.

Someone have this model ?!

Thibaut

It is forbidden to speak of them. Legend has it that the dwarves have taken them all and buried them in the Jam Butty Mines. The Puffins are searching for survivors.

Il est interdit d’en parler. Selon la légende, les nains les ont toutes prises et enterrées dans leurs mines à tartines. Les Macareux sont partis à la recherche des survivantes.

...and that, my dear Thibaut, is why this is referred to by many, as la maison de fous!

Hi everybody,

I just recieve my watch... I'm in love !
I open, I change the brown strap by a blue (wich I command with the watch), I test it on my wrist and I close all. I should wait to the 22 (my birthday).
It's horrible to wait now
