I wonder if the Vintage has had it's day? The fact it didn't have a wavy line a la Omega was part of my attraction to the watch. The wavy line is definitely not my thing, but as I have the vintage, which I am very happy with, I am not in the market for a new Trident - or any CW, come to that - with the logo at 9o/c.

Yep - it's an special one.
The new logo is in the original position, whereas the GMT in the teaser has it at 9 0'clock
It's quartz with 3 o'clock date
It has a special engraved back as opposed to the deep stamped Trident back
Non 'wavy' face
etc etc.

It would be nice to hear that it is only available to 'qualifying' buyers or something like that.
There's always time for one more.

12 o'clock centre if they bottle it because it would be an admission that it looks better and they got it wrong.
So if they place it at 9 o'clock they're fools for not listening to feedback and if they place it at 12 o'clock they're bottling it? Hmmm...

The Submariner quartz looks great.

Date in the correct place? Check.
Logo in the correct place? Check.
Logo centered? Check.
No wavy lines like an SMP? Check (doesn't bother me either way that one)

Just make the normal version like the Submariner, but without the cetaceans.

I'm surprised the lawyers of a certain large watch brand haven't objected to them marketing a dive watch with the name 'C60 Submariner Quartz'.

I can live with the new logo and quite like it but only if it's centered at the top. Any left justified nonsense will set my OCD into a rage.

Likewise and I secretly hope (well not so secretly now I suppose) that it's seen its last iteration.

You know, at first I thought it was horrible but it's not that bad. I still prefer the old logo but the watch themselves will still be great. I mean if someone is gonna complement your timepiece they're not gonna care about the logo. I could see myself buying a red Trident sometime in the future, maybe in 43mm actually as the now shortened 9 marker makes the date more asymmetrical than it was before.

It's a mock up for the 'possible' C60 Bronze - not yet in production

Based on the positioning of the "r" at the end of "Christopher" in the teaser pic, the mockup isn't too far off.
