I may have missed it, so does anyone know what sort of watch it will be - divers, pilot, sports, dress....?

Should I wait or jump on the Benarus bus?
The only thing that I worry about with Benarus is that it uses plastic movement spacers...I also have a Moray the quality is good, but I wonder why they would cut corners.

Save money by cutting down costs perhaps!
20 cents vs $2...bad choice IMO

I know it doesn't make sense to us but it is still a saving of $1.80 per watch so scale that up on all they sell and it a nice little bit of extra profit!

I guess the real question is whether the $1.80 is worth losing returning customers when the crown gets sloppy or breaks as a result of a loose movement holder.

Hi everyone- I'm new to the forum as well- joined when my wife bought me a rose gold C5 for Christmas.

In answer to your inquiry, Hamilton Navy GMTs are rated to 200. The retail is a bit over $1000US but they are regularly sold for around $500 LNIB. I just bought THIS ONE for $450US in rose gold off TZ (the C5 was so gorgeous I had to have another rose gold watch) and I've seen several going for about the same price.
What care I how time advances? I am drinking ale today.

Thanks for the reception Village and all,
first post and your suggestion of the Bernhardt Globemaster is right on the money! :) Just checked it out, thats a sweet looking watch that has everything i require! (on a critical note, not that im complaining at this price but no button deployement mechanism on the bracelet, Tag heuer seem to make them like that too) this may be the one i've been searching for!

Adrema- Thanks very much for info, the benarus seems quite large imo but will keep it in mind, tis a great looking tool watch to be sure! would love to see a review :D
MyPint@5 the Hamilton Navy GMT is a stunner, and one of the GMT's i've been toying with buying and you are indeed a lucky man to own the rose gold version (at a great price!). I have seen the 'Conservation' version in person (Bluewater in kent has a Hamilton Retailer), think it retails £750 in shops though.

Can the C9 GMT equal these great watches? Formal, Diver or Pilots watch (gonna' be interesting to find out!- poll maybe? lol) il wait for it in hope before reaching out for one of these v good suggestions. Cheers guys!

That exact model is one I've had my eye on for a while. If you fancy flipping it, you know where I am!

Try eBay seller wwwwatchstore24de.
Same watch, cheaper, variety of colour combinations.

If you are still looking I have put up a Hamilton Air Race GMT, 200m WR for sale in the sales corner. It's a cracking holiday watch but I just don't wear it that much nowadays

Traser has a GMT with that rating....tritium for lume. It retails for around US$500.

http://www.traserusa.com/en/watches/det ... tch35.html

It is available with blue lumination as well. I have a traser 6506 Commander 100, and I love it.
